Job summary

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a role focused on addressing issues in the auditing and assurance environment and standard-setting projects for the ASB, IAASB, and ARSC. You will develop standard-setting materials, proposed standards, and related analysis to guide ongoing projects.

You will report to the Technical Director - Audit and Attest Standards and use a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years public accounting experience.
• Familiarity with AICPA professional standards.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage task forces and draft recommendations, proposals, and memos for ASB/ARSC discussions.
• Monitor IAASB activities and develop views for ASB discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform technology-related and document management activities.
• Lead efforts to maintain ASB and ARSC website content with the A&A team.
• Post monthly updated professional standards in the shared folder.
• Track related A&A webpages and performance.
• Perform technical accuracy reviews on documents and conforming amendments.
• Support development of implementation guidance, educational materials, and other publications.
• Be the liaison for the A&A team with other teams.

Skills
