Job summary

International Foundation for Ethics and Audit is seeking a proactive leader to coordinate and drive delivery of IAASB work programs from New York. You will work with Board members and experts to craft standard-setting solutions and manage staff and volunteers across global projects.

This role requires exceptional communication, strong project-management skills, and the ability to translate complex audit issues into practical proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the delivery of complex projects in a public-interest oriented environment.
• Knowledge of audit and assurance; understanding of SMEs/SMPs or public sector entities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; fluency in English is essential; other languages desirable.
• Strong technical and project management skills, and good computer literacy.
• At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accountancy or related field.
• At least three years of relevant post-qualification work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct information-gathering and research with regulators, standard setters and other stakeholders.
• Develop standards and non-authoritative materials within project teams and coordinate with Board members and other experts.
• Prepare materials for IAASB discussions and action outcomes with stakeholders and other standard setters.
• Act as a liaison with key stakeholders assigned to projects or activities.
• Support outreach and quarterly reporting to the Public Interest Oversight Board.
• Travel approximately 20 days per year as needed.
