Job summary

Rsm Us Llp. is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join our Accounting Standards Group in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting standards, looking to contribute to thought leadership and assist with complex accounting consultations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, an active CPA license, and a minimum of 5 years in public accounting, alongside excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $93,500 to $187,600 and a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of current or recent experience in public accounting.
Broad working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Experience in developing technical accounting publications.

Responsibilities

Assist with development and maintenance of interpretive accounting guidance.
Monitor and report on standard-setting activities of FASB and IASB.
Lead educational training courses in accounting.
