Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with related pricing courses or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years rating experience with a carrier, shipper or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance to direct reports and coach for success.
• Lead audit staff and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with IT to improve the global collaboration platform for rating and audit functions.
• Monitor audit and rating performance regularly.
• Ensure contracts are properly loaded in RMS and rating elements applied.
• Train, evaluate, and develop Audit staff.
