Elliott Davis is seeking an Assurance Technology Business Partner to bridge business strategy and technology in the Charlotte area. You will drive audit technology initiatives, improve processes, and lead change management across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and operations, measuring outcomes and stakeholder impact while guiding technology adoption to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting environment, at least one of which has been spent at Elliott Davis.
• Manager preferred; strong understanding of the practice line and technology.
• Experience with project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational leader on audit technology initiatives and maintain the Assurance technology roadmap.
• Support intake and portfolio processes to identify, prioritize, and advocate for technology investments that support business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives via business cases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve audit operational processes.
• Drive standard operating procedures and process documentation, including visual workflows.
• Lead change management efforts for new processes and technology implementations.
• Develop training materials and user adoption programs; conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Audit Operations Leader, IT, and external vendors.
