Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Digital Risk Services Practice Leader to guide the IT audit, SOC reporting, PCI and technology risk advisory within Assurance. This senior role drives practice strategy, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration across Assurance, Cybersecurity and Tax.

The leader will develop opportunities with existing and new clients, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery while aligning with firm mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, MIS, Cybersecurity or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in SOC reporting, IT audit, PCI, technology risk, or related advisory services.
• CPA/CIA/CISA/CISSP/CISM or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute strategic direction for the DRS practice; own growth, quality, and market relevance.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with existing and prospective clients; lead proposals and pricing strategy.
• Oversee engagement delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, budget discipline, and client communication.
• Develop and mentor future leaders; attract and retain talent to support growth.
• Lead change management and service development aligned with evolving client needs.
