Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Audit Clerk to support our Payroll Compliance Audit team. You will perform administrative tasks, data entry, file preparation, and coordinate with internal teams to keep the audit process moving smoothly.

This role offers union-scale wages starting at $22.12/hr with raises every six months, a defined benefit pension, paid leave and holidays, and a strong team environment with good work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the audit process, including data entry and file preparation.
• Draft, prepare, and send official audit correspondence.
• Coordinate audit tasks with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely processing.
• Track and log key audit activities using internal systems for accurate records.
• Process and log audit payments and prepare documentation for closures.
• Answer department phones, distribute mail, and assist with supply orders.
