You will coordinate with Pension Accounting, track audit activities, and help process payments. This role offers structured training, a collaborative team environment, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Administrative tasks support the audit process.
• Draft, prepare, and send official audit correspondence.
• Coordinate audit tasks with Pension Accounting.
• Track and log key audit activities using internal systems.
• Process and log audit payments and prepare documentation for audit closures.
• Answer department phone calls, distribute mail, and assist with supply orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks that support the audit process, including data entry, record updates, and file preparation.
• Draft, prepare, and send official correspondence related to audits.
• Coordinate audit tasks with internal teams, especially Pension Accounting, to gather needed information and ensure timely processing.
• Track and log key audit activities using internal systems to ensure accurate records and smooth workflows.
