Northwest Administrators, Inc. is hiring entry-level payroll compliance auditors for an on-site role in Seattle. You will receive paid training and then review employer payroll records to ensure promised benefit contributions are met under labor contracts.

The position emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and team collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an Associate degree with relevant experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate degree plus equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Word and Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Willingness to travel and maintain a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with appropriate contracts.
• Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software.
• Write weekly status updates for each audit performed.
• Effectively communicate with clients–ask appropriate questions, summarize audit results.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards (measured by KPI).
