Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 2–3 years of public accounting experience.
• Ability to sit for the CPA exam or having CPA sections passed is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and attest projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage assignments.
• Develop client relationships and improve team profitability.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants.
• Work toward CPA licensure if not yet obtained.
