The successful candidate will implement practical tracking tools, establish review points and delegate effectively, building teams that deliver consistent quality while maintaining rigorous audit standards.

Qualifications

• Significant public accounting audit experience, typically at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
• CPA license is required.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Experience leading multiple audit projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple audit engagements across planning, fieldwork, review and completion.
• Maintain real-time view of deadlines, staffing, budgets, risks, and open items.
• Coach team members to make sound judgments and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Develop, maintain and improve tools used to manage the practice.
