Job summary

Meaden & Moore, a leading accounting, tax, advisory, and business consulting firm, seeks an Audit Senior Manager in Ohio. You will oversee a range of audits, build and strengthen client relationships, and manage planning, execution, and billing for engagements.

You will develop, coach, and supervise team members, direct resources to ensure a high-quality client experience, and contribute to firm growth through research and analysis.

Qualifications

CPA required and active (state CPA license preferred).
7–10 years of related audit experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Aptitude in research, analysis, client relations, leadership, and project management.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple audit engagements concurrently.
Plan, execute, and complete audits with high quality and on time.
Develop, coach, and supervise audit staff and seniors.
Manage billing and collections and foster strong client relationships.

Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of engagements running concurrently—from building and strengthening client relationships to planning, executing, and completing audits, as well as managing the billing and collection process. You will also take ownership of developing, coaching, and supervising team members, while actively contributing to firm growth and management initiatives. This position plays a key role in directing and coordinating resources to ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the planning and execution of audit engagements. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing theory, along with the ability to conduct thoughtful research and analysis.

Qualifications

Have CPA.
Have seven to ten years related experience.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems.
Demonstrate an aptitude in the following:
- Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
- Building relationships and leadership ability
- Project management
- Business development

Compensation And Benefits

Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $130,000 and $170,000. Additionally, we offer discretionary year-end bonuses to supplement your compensation package.
