Job summary

Meaden & Moore seeks an Audit Senior Manager to oversee multiple audits, strengthen client relationships, and drive high-quality engagements from planning through completion.

You will coach and supervise team members while contributing to firm growth, managing billing, and coordinating resources to deliver exceptional client experiences. A CPA with 7–10 years’ audit experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

CPA with active license.
Seven to ten years of related audit experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Aptitude in research, analysis, leadership, and relationships.

Responsibilities

Oversee a range of concurrent audit engagements from planning to completion.
Build and strengthen client relationships and manage billing/collections.
Develop, coach, and supervise audit team members.
Contribute to firm growth and strategic initiatives.
Direct resources to ensure high-quality client experiences.

Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager.

In this role, you will oversee a wide range of engagements running concurrently - from building and strengthening client relationships to planning, executing, and completing audits, as well as managing the billing and collection process. You will also take ownership of developing, coaching, and supervising team members, while actively contributing to firm growth and management initiatives.

This position plays a key role in directing and coordinating resources to ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the planning and execution of audit engagements. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing theory, along with the ability to conduct thoughtful research and analysis.

Qualifications

Have CPA.
Have seven to ten years related experience.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems.
Demonstrate an aptitude in the following:

Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
Building relationships and leadership ability
Project management
Business development

Compensation And Benefits

Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $130,000 and $170,000. Additionally, we offer discretionary year-end bonuses to supplement your compensation package.
