Meaden & Moore is seeking an Audit Senior Accountant to join our Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster offices. The role involves leading fieldwork on audits, preparing work papers, and building direct client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting, with 3–5 years of experience. CPA is preferred but not required, and proficiency with MS Office is essential. Base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.

Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Accountant in our Cleveland, Akron or Wooster Office and we offer a flexible, hybrid work environment.

The Senior Accountant is a key member of the professional client service team, and becomes more involved in applying accounting, auditing, and tax engagements. The Senior Accountant has primary responsibility for carrying out all fieldwork during an engagement while beginning to establish more personal and direct working relationships with client management as well as developing supervisory knowledge and experience. The incumbent must be able to produce accurate and organized work paper schedules and other written and oral communications.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Hold a Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting.
CPA license preferred but not required.
Have three to five years’ related experience.

Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $80,000 and $100,000.
