Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA exam candidacy and eligibility to sit for the exam.
• 3+ years of experience delivering audit/assurance work to clients
• Experience with technology, communications, or life sciences preferred
• Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative and adaptability
• Microsoft Suite skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance/consulting services to industry clients.
• Plan and supervise execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on client financial statements.
• Assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Engage with Managers and Partners on business recommendations from testing.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide learning programs.
