Qualifications

• 8 years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm.
• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's or advanced degree desirable.
• Experience in supervisory roles and mentoring associates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Lead fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Develop client relationships and internal networks to acquire new projects and revenue.
• Manage staffing, billing/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
