Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA
• 3+ years of experience providing financial statement auditing in a public accounting firm
• Banking experience, including public banking experience
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities
• Review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements
• Assess deficiencies of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
• Engage with management and partners on testing results and business insights
