You will be a trusted member of engagement teams delivering assurance services to middle-market clients and advising on accounting and control matters, with opportunities for mentorship and leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have a 4-year accounting degree, at least 3 years of experience, and a CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess deficiencies of internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to discussions with Managers and Partners on business recommendations from testing and data gathered.
• Learn and grow through coaching and formal development programs.
• Network and build relationships internally and with clients.
• Support the growth and development of team members and foster work-life balance.
