Qualifications

• 4-year degree, License eligible; 3 years of experience in auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA exam pursued or CPA preferred.
• Two or more years of experience providing financial statement auditing in a public firm.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to gather information for testing and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Conduct and review tests to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss findings with Manager and Partner to drive business recommendations.
• Receive coaching and participate in firm-wide learning programs.
• Leverage entrepreneurial skills to network and build client relationships.
• Support growth and development of team members per Baker Tilly practices.
