Premier Financial Search, a San Diego-based CPA firm, is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing audit practice. The role requires managing engagements, supporting junior team members, and building strong client relationships.

You will plan and perform financial statement audits, prepare workpapers, identify issues, and mentor associates while ensuring compliance with GAAP and firm standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license or progress toward obtaining one preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Must reside in the San Diego area.
