Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking two Scheduler professionals for a hybrid role in Denver, CO. The position focuses on coordinating auditor availability, scheduling Surveillance and Recertification audits, and maintaining accurate data in Amtivo Connect and scheduling trackers.

You will work closely with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and data integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily workload, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, spreadsheets, and task-tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Audit Scheduling and Auditor Coordination: Identify auditor availability, schedule surveillance and recertification audits, and provide clients with available dates.
• ERP System and Data Management: Maintain audit scheduling information, auditor records, client records, and related data in the ERP system.
• Scheduling Trackers: Maintain trackers to monitor upcoming audits, tasks, and auditor availability; prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
