Job summary

ATLAS Navigators, LLC in Denver is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our hybrid Denver team. You will work with Partners, Directors, Managers, and clients to support audit engagements, review workpapers, evaluate internal controls, and assist through all audit phases.

The role requires 3–5 years of auditing experience, a detail-oriented approach, and strong communication skills. In-office attendance is required 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant auditing experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with non-profit and Employee Benefit Plan audits; governmental audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit engagement execution across planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
• Review and test internal controls in line with federal regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze financial and operational processes for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and index audit working papers per professional standards.
• Support fieldwork activities at client locations and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with team and manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
