Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Quality Assurance Reviewer I to perform QA review and audit of program documentation and database practices related to grants, contracts and legal requirements. Under the direction of a QA Coordinator, you will help VOALA stay audit ready.

You will execute QA procedures, ensure files meet funder requirements, and support programs before funder audits. You will review contracts, assist with corrective actions, and maintain program records across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social science or related field
• 1 year of experience in quality assurance or data driven environment
• Five years of related work experience without a degree
• Fingerprint clearance and background checks required
• Knowledge of HMIS and Service Point preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct QA procedures for VOALA Programs to ensure accuracy
• Perform QA audits for every assigned VOALA program each fiscal year
• Ensure programs are audit ready for external audits
• Review program contracts and grants for funder requirements
• Provide training and support for corrective actions
