Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of industry experience or 6 years of equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs, and drive closure across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced operating environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation; comfortable working with outputs from ERP/WMS/TMS and shipment visibility tools to build KPI reporting and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into clear narratives, facilitate operating routines, and escape risks with recommended actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates basing logistics plans and operating schedules across replenishment, warehouse, and fulfillment to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Monitors execution vs plan; identifies constraints and gaps and drives same‑day/week recovery actions with functional owners.
• Prepares agendas, pre‑reads, and action logs for S&OE/weekly execution reviews and site/warehouse operating reviews.
• Leads issue triage by gathering facts, quantifying customer/service impact, and routing actions across teams through to closure.
• Leads cross‑functional root cause analysis of recurring service, capacity, inventory, and transportation issues; tracks implementation progress and recommends improvements.
• Reporting & Data Support Builds and maintains routine performance reporting using system outputs to deliver accurate insights.
