Job summary

The U.S. Bank Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Audit Project Manager is responsible for supervising staff and leading audit engagements with minimal supervision. The role monitors progress, coaches team members, and ensures engagements comply with internal policies and procedures.

You will coordinate across the three lines of defense, plan audits, identify risks, review issues, and report findings. The position requires seven to ten years in financial services and payments processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in large financial services with payments processes.
• Understanding of laws, regulations and controls in financial services.
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit staff and ensure high-quality work delivered timely.
• Monitor progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training for team members.
• Coordinate with other audit teams to ensure coverage.
• Assist managers in planning and reporting audit engagements.
• Identify and analyze business processes, risks and controls.
