Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent degree.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence (or equivalent professional credential).
• 10+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.
• 8+ years experience auditing CP/IP and/or TMT companies and related organizations.
• Proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
• Proven record directing and deploying team members on multiple simultaneous engagements.
• Understanding of audit services with knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for CP/IP and/or TMT clients.
• Manage multiple engagements, oversee engagement status and milestones.
• Identify technical accounting matters early and coordinate with firm specialists.
• Review work product and communicate audit status to clients.
• Maintain contact with clients to develop relationships and understand goals.
• Manage profitability of projects and growth strategy for the firm.
• Communicate audit procedures and assess risk with engagement teams.
• Develop relationships with Centers of Influence to drive business growth.
• Provide insightful business advice and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support career development and training within the firm.
