Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Assurance Partner to lead audit and assurance client relationships within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. You will oversee engagement teams, manage complex portfolios, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and firm leadership.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS, strategic leadership, and a proven track record in business development, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence (or equivalent).
• 13+ years of progressive public accounting/external audit or assurance experience, including leading engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance client relationships for the Assurance line of business.
• Manage engagement teams and complex portfolios with milestones.
• Identify accounting and auditing matters early and coordinate with firm specialists.
