Qualifications

• Active CPA (or equivalent professional credential).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 13+ years of public accounting / external audit experience.
• Proven track record leading large audit engagements and managing client portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as audit engagement leader and client service coordinator, managing financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage multiple engagements, oversee status and milestones for complex audits.
• Identify technical accounting matters early and coordinate with firm specialists.
• Review work product, report audit status to clients, and allocate resources.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the year to understand goals and strategies.
• Ensure profitability, billing, collections and engagement economics per firm policy.
