Job summary

Calero is seeking an Audit Analyst to analyze customer billing, inventory and contract data, identifying historical disputes and opportunities for cost savings and optimization. You will produce and present monthly and quarterly audit reports following standard processes.

Ideal candidates enjoy solving numeric problems with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work independently to deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, math or analytical related field preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer billing, inventory and contract data to identify disputes and cost savings.
• Monitor client data, reporting and contract needs; report missing items or access levels.
• Create and present monthly and quarterly audit and optimization reports.
• Maintain audit tracker to reflect savings monthly.
• Support customers in achieving historical disputes and cost savings.
• Coordinate with Service Operations Manager to align with client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
