Job summary

Calibre CPA Group in Maryland is seeking a Compliance Department Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, monitor audit workflow, track staff time, and maintain the audit database. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
  • Professional communication skills, including interaction with internal staff, managers, clients, and external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently, identify issues, and elevate matters appropriately.
  • Experience with audit administration, project coordination, compliance operations, or professional services administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor audit workflow and utilization metrics, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assemble and deliver final audit reports and engagement letters to clients.
  • Maintain audit database and process time entries; ensure records are up to date.
  • Oversee check-in/check-out process for field auditors and monitor deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on utilization, hours, and audit production by auditor.
