Job summary

Cullari Carrico LLC, a mid-sized local firm in New Jersey, seeks an Audit Manager to oversee client engagements across multiple industries, planning and executing attest engagements including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.

You will prepare audit workpapers and client financial statements, supervise staff, and collaborate with engagement managers and partners on accounting matters, while supporting the firm’s culture and client service commitments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team oriented with client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Have direct client contact and manage client relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute attest engagements including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Prepare audit workpapers and review staff work.
• Prepare client financial statements and footnotes.
• Collaborate with engagement managers and partners on technical accounting matters.
• Assist in training and supervising staff.
• Manage a delegated client base with comprehensive communication.
• Participate in in-office committees to support firm culture and growth.
• Engage in continuing education throughout the year.
