Responsibilities

As a Permanent Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include

• Overseeing and managing the entire audit process for our real estate clients, ensuring all audit work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Working closely with clients to understand their business operations, identify potential areas of risk, and provide recommendations for improving their financial processes and controls.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on complex accounting and financial matters.
• Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing them with the training and support they need to deliver exceptional audit services.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company to enhance our overall service offering and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate accounting and auditing.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a specific focus on real estate and private equity.
• A thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, particularly as they relate to the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team and drive high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.
