How you will contribute:

• Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional manner
• Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts when necessary
• Understand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service
• Use technology tools proficiently in assignments and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through technology
• Recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, balancing client needs and firm risk
• Meet deadlines or budgets and provide warnings of variances
• Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
• Participate in board and audit committee meeting presentations
• Build personal referral sources and clientele while engaging in team marketing opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience
• CPA license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The actual salary will depend on the individual's experience, education, and skills. Total compensation includes salary, health benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing, flexible time off, and parental leave. We reserve the right to adjust the salary range as needed.

NY Minimum Salary (USD): $90,200
NY Maximum Salary (USD): $154,500
