Job summary

Armanino is hiring to enhance the engagement leadership in auditing and assurance services. You will manage multi-client deliverables, staff, and budgets while ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS and delivering high-quality financial statements.

The role emphasizes technical accounting issues, planning, and staff development, with opportunities to contribute across departments and client networks within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engagement and workflow of all deliverables for multiple clients, including audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements, and internal control and management letters.
• Identify and resolve accounting and audit technical issues impacting the engagement.
• Lead the engagement planning process including timing, resources, risk assessment, and engagement approach.
• Determine and approve staffing and resource needs and related engagement schedules.
• Review engagement work papers and related deliverables to ensure standards are met.
• Delegate assignments to supervisors considering skills and schedules.
