Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a driven Assurance professional to manage complex audit engagements, including Employee Benefit Plans. You will lead planning, staffing, and technical issue resolution while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to firm standards.

Qualified candidates will have a CPA, a Bachelor's in accounting, and at least 5 years in public accounting with EBPs, plus strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 5 years public accounting experience including Employee Benefit Plan audits.
• Assurance leadership, guidance or supervisory experience required.
• Advanced understanding of GAAP and GAAS for Employee Benefit Plans.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engagement and workflow for client deliverables across multiple engagements.
• Identify and resolve accounting and audit technical issues affecting the engagement.
• Lead the engagement planning, risk assessment and staffing.
• Review engagement work papers to ensure standards are met.
• Delegate assignments and supervise staff to optimize engagement economics.
• Develop fee quotes and budgets; prepare client billings and collections.
• Assist in proposals and practice development activities and training.
