Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a Senior Associate to supervise audit engagements, guide staff, and ensure timely completion of client reports. You will apply GAAP/GAAS knowledge and supervise up to five staff, while communicating with clients and management to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, professional skepticism, and adherence to quality control standards within a dynamic, growth‑oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience in audit or assurance.
• Experience supervising audit staff professionals.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and perform audits, reviews, compilations, and client engagements.
• Lead a team of up to five staff under supervision of a Manager/Partner.
• Prepare and review workpapers with accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze financial statement data and draw conclusions.
• Identify and document control weaknesses in client accounting systems.
• Communicate effectively with engagement team and clients.
