Armanino is seeking an experienced Assurance professional to lead audits and related engagements for multiple clients. You will manage timing, staffing, and risk assessment while ensuring adherence to GAAP/GAAS and firm standards.

The role emphasizes engagement planning, technical issue resolution, and client relationship development, with opportunities for practice development and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or related field required.
• CPA license is required with substantial audit experience.
• Advanced GAAP/GAAS knowledge and supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage engagement workflow for multiple clients, incl. audits and reviews.
• Identify and resolve technical accounting/audit issues affecting engagements.
• Lead engagement planning: timing, resources, risk assessment, and approach.
• Determine staffing and schedules; review work papers for standards compliance.
• Delegate tasks to supervisors; monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Participate in peer reviews and develop technical expertise through training.
• Prepare memorandums on complex accounting issues and support solutions.
• Coordinate services with other departments to meet client needs.
• Keep partners informed on client updates, budgets, and issues.
• Develop industry expertise and contribute to practice development activities.
• Prepare client billings, manage collections, and contribute to proposals.
