• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements.
• Ensure adherence to engagement timelines, budgets, and firm standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for audit engagements.
• Provide strategic insights to clients for improving financial processes, controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate with partners to develop audit strategies and plans addressing client risks.
• Oversee allocation of resources and development of audit programs.
• Conduct complex audit procedures, review workpapers, and assess findings for accuracy.
• Monitor progress of engagements and guide teams to meet milestones.
• Stay current with accounting standards and regulatory changes; apply knowledge to engagements.
