Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant audit experience in a CPA firm.
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff.
• CPA licensure progress encouraged, if not yet attained.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead complex audit procedures including substantive and control testing.
• Review workpapers and evidence for accuracy and standards adherence.
• Develop audit plans with partners, managers, and clients based on risk.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise audit staff, provide feedback and training for development.
• Manage engagements from planning to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with accounting standards and perform technical research.
• Ensure accurate audit documentation and prepare final client reports.
• Engage in continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
