• Experience working with privately held business clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Develop engagement plans, schedules, staffing assignments, and project timelines.
• Review work prepared by associates and seniors for accuracy and compliance.
• Research technical accounting issues and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and communicate any scope overages to clients and leadership.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact throughout engagements.
• Prepare and conduct client meetings and presentations independently.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
