GBC (a Springline company) seeks an Audit Manager to join our Oklahoma office and strengthen our growing audit practice. You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Audit Partner to manage planning, scheduling, and client communication across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Technology proficient with specific audit software tools.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Technically strong with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through final review.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and engagement planning.
• Review and approve workpapers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and assess risks; oversee testing and review procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality audits.
• Contribute to business development when appropriate.
