Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Financial Services Audit practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. You will lead multiple audit engagements and manage client relationships, while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality, compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA license.
• Experience with asset management clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations
