Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Financial Services Audit practice, with flexibility to sit in multiple offices. The role focuses on planning, leading and reviewing audits for asset management clients in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

You will supervise staff, manage client expectations, and contribute to the firm’s culture of trust and professional excellence. The position offers hybrid work in a major market, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA; experience with asset management clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities.
• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for accuracy and conformance.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts effectively.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement.
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.
