Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Financial Services Audit practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. The role requires leading audit engagements, coordinating objectives, and maintaining client communication while managing risk and staff performance.

Located in the United States with a hybrid/office-based work model, this role emphasizes teamwork, continued education, and delivering high-quality assurance services to asset management clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA.
• Experience with asset management clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
• Review and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations
