Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• 6–8 years of banking or auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and banking processes.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-risk and complex audits as Engagement Manager, planning and scoping tests.
• Develop test plans including data analytics and allocate resources accordingly.
• Set quality expectations and review process documentation for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare meaningful audit reports aligned with Truist’s risk appetite framework.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; provide advisory support on new systems and changes.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of audits and advisory services.
