Qualifications

• 4-year degree and CPA required.
• Five years of auditing experience.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance services to banking clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand goals and challenges.
• Perform internal control testing and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations.
• Deliver insights through analysis and discussions with clients.
• Assist with staffing, billing and ensuring client profitability targets.
• Network and build relationships with clients and the community.
• Support team development through firm programs and mentoring.
