Qualifications

• CPA and a 4-year degree are required.
• 5 years of experience providing auditing/assurance services are required.
• Experience in Financial Services auditing (Mortgage Banking or Financial Institutions) preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience desired.
• Strong leadership, communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member delivering assurance and consulting services to financial services clients.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges throughout the year.
• Test internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and data.
