Jobot is a well-established public accounting firm seeking an Audit Manager to join our Towson, MD team. This on-site, permanent role calls for leading diverse audit engagements, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards.

You will review financial statements for GAAP compliance, provide advisory support, and build strong client relationships while mentoring Assurance Seniors and junior staff in a collaborative environment.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial accounting and audit.

• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and changes in regulations, ensuring our audit practices remain compliant and effective.
• Working closely with other team members and departments to deliver a seamless service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and audit, with a solid understanding of GAAP and compliance regulations. • 4. Experience in operational assurance and providing accounting advisory services.


• 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.


• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.


• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


• 8. A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


• 9. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) would be highly advantageous.
