Job summary

CyberCoders in Concord, NH, is seeking an Audit/Assurance Manager to support a growing regional firm with Big 4 level clients yet a family-like culture. You will lead audits, mentor staff, and drive high-quality financial reporting.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) across NH offices in Concord, Keene, and Lebanon, with a competitive salary of $120,000–$160,000 plus a strong bonus, and clear path toward leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting and audit experience.
• CPA preferred for leadership on engagements.
• Experience with multiple industries and financial statement audits.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through reporting.
• Manage client relationships and ensure quality control.
• Mentor junior staff and review workpapers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across offices.

Job Title: Audit/Assurance Manager

Requirements: Must have at least 5+ years of Public Accounting & Audit Exp. (CPA Preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking to add an Audit Manager to support our growing Regional Tax & Business Advisory firm. We have been in business for over 60+ years, headquartered in beautiful Concord, NH, and are a mid-sized firm that has grown 15% in the last year due to organic growth. We also have two other offices in the state and are continuing to grow throughout New England with both local & fully remote employees.

We work with Big 4 level clients, but work to keep a family-like culture where our employees feel valued and are able to pursue career growth opportunities. We are looking to hire Future Leaders for our firm. Due to our continued growth we are excited to be adding an Audit/Assurance Senior to our team!

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of Public Accounting & Audit experience
• Experience handling financial statement audits
• Experience working with clients in multiple industries

Strongly Preferred:

• CPA
• For-Profit/Commercial Audit Exp.
