Job summary

Jobot in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee engagements, plan and finalize audits, and mentor staff. You will ensure quality work within budgets while maintaining strong client communications and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA credential required or active CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of complex audit engagements within budget constraints.
• Lead engagements from planning through issuance.
• Train and mentor seniors and staff.
• Identify risk/problems and suggests solutions.
• Review financial statement drafts from seniors and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contribute to new business development.
